"Extension 'GL_ARB_draw_buffers' is not supported" is bogus: GL_ARB_draw_buffers IS supported and works.
"The GLSL vertex shader will run in hardware"/"Fragment shader was successfully compiled to run on hardware" seem to be debug messages from the driver and can be ignored. For details see http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.wine.user/36670 .
Vertex shaders seem not to work properly leading to major screen corruption in Fallout 3 and Prince of Persia and probably many other games.
