The crash dialog wasn't introduced until 1.1.20: https://www.winehq.org/announce/1.1.20

so at least that version.

Backtrace doesn't say much. Please, provide full terminal output.

Read how to get a log output there: https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_can_I_get_a_debugging_log_.28a.k.a._terminal...

Wine 3.21 is quite ancient. Please, retest with recent wine (current is 4.10). Do not provide feedback from older versions.

FYI: The Sims 4 version 1.68.154.1020 is known to have audio related crashing bugs under Windows.

Updating the game to at least version 1.68.156.1020 is supposed to fix the audio bug. (As a workaround you can start the game with the -nosound argument.)
