If more than one monitor is enabled on the system battle.net fails to open. If
I disable all but one monitor it then allows battle.net to load.

last known working version was 6.22, broke in 6.23. Bisected to first bad
commit 45dcaf02fcd9e929b406854b4b78371bc3886031

It seems this may have been some kind of monitor discovery fluke?

In total I have 4 monitor outputs. 3 displays and 1 clone.

I toggled all my outputs off except 1 and it worked. Turned them back on, it
broke again.

Toggled all but 2 off and it worked again. Turned them all back on, and now
it's working again.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or just a fluke.

Regardless it still doesn't explain why it worked without toggling my monitors
on 6.22 and switching to 6.23 or using a build with the broken commit failed.

I can't reproduce this with 1~3 monitors enabled. Please upload a
+x11settings,+system,+xrandr,+x11drv,+dxgi log when it happens.
