Summary: Rome: Total War crashes on senate tab Product: Wine Version: 1.1.5 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: smills15@cox.net
A few different in-game events seem to trigger this bug. The easiest way to trigger it is just to open the faction summary window and click on the senate tab. The game also crashes with a similar error when completing the short campaign. I -seem- to remember this working better in the early beta days, but can't get any versions that old to compile anymore. If I have any luck I will make up a regression test report.

This file is the very end of the console output after a long list of fixme's that do not seem to affect gameplay.

--- Comment #2 from Lei Zhang thestig@google.com 2008-09-29 16:09:26 --- Are these in game events suppose to play a movie?

--- Comment #4 from Stephen Mills smills15@cox.net 2008-12-15 18:58:59 --- This bug is still present in 1.1.10. However, like bug 13604, it only affects the unpatched game. After patching up to v1.3 or higher the problem goes away.
