Tools like the brush, lasso and eraser does not work if I click and drag it.
The click works but when I drag it nothing happens. Only sometimes it works.

Can you test the patch provided in the other bug? Or Wine-staging version of
wine? If either fixes the issue then this bug report is a duplicate.

The patch fixed the bug.
But why is this patch not in the normal wine version?

This is a patch for wine 1.8.4 stable , and fix the Brush Tool ,and fix the
Tool Tips to do not steal focus ,and the tool tips that do not dissaper from
screen
