WINEDEBUG=+dsound wine Fahrenheit.exe

this commit causes Fahrenheit so remain silence, no sound at all
it worked fine before.
( dsound: Simplify mixing by removing remixing support, and fix its waveout
breakage.)
It is still not fixed in current cvs/git.
