Wine Log, for Speed Teacher XP

While attempting to install The Speed Teacher (as well as the Drill Machine,
from the same website), installation hangs with an error:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7b9308c0 "syslevel.c:
Win16Mutex" wait timed out in thread 0025, blocked by 0027, retrying (60 sec)

Waiting for 60 seconds merely makes me 60 seconds older than I was earlier.

If I understood the definition of blocker correctly ("Blocks development and/or
testing work"), since I can't install it because of the bug, I can't test it
properly.  Is that incorrect?

... of Wine. Apparently the application is already developed and tested
by its developers, and this is a Wine bugzilla.

Hi, i can't reproduce this bug here. The app loads and installs just fine. I
think you have some other apps installed and wine tries to start some services
that make it crash. Please try this on a complete and fresh new ~/.wine and
report back please.

You should try this on a fresh ~/.wine. That clkdrv.sys is installed by a
previous program and is likely the problem. please reopen if you still run into
trouble on a new ~/.wine. Program works just fine here.
