There is no specific terminal output.
Loader is a set of changing png images with transparent area, showing on top of
the program (or before the program appears) if it takes too many time.
For example, it appears on top of the catalogue for long queries. For example,
see query "pre".

I tried to retest this but I think the application was updated or I don't know
where to find the loader window. The download link from the bug URL points to:
http://download.2gis.ru/arhives/2GISShell-3.5.5.1-2GISData_Novosibirsk-159.0...

A similar issue was fixed in bug 21729 so I think it's worth to retry this in
1.3.35.

Bug is still here.
How to reproduse:
1. Download 2gis and base.
http://download.2gis.ru/arhives/2GISShell-3.5.5.1-2GISData_Novosibirsk-159.0...
2. Install (there are two msi packages in one binary).
3. Run program.
3.1. Loader will appear if it takes too long to show start window (rare case).
4. In field "что" (top left input field) find something (for example "teh").
4.1. Loader will appear in reference area (left by default) if it takes some
time to load info.
