Hi, yesterdays commit to implement CheckTokenMemberShish caused a regression in
"winetricks allcodecs"

It fails with a messagebox: insufficient administrator rights.

Reverting the following patch solves the problem:

The current security tests
(http://test.winehq.org/data/tests/advapi32:security.html) fail on XP/W2K3 and
Win7. Maybe this is an indication something is not completely correctly
implemented?
