I tried to reinstall in with no luck

Can you try a clean WINEPREFIX?  Did you try installing native ole or something
similar?

I installed native. How do you do a clean WINEPREFIX

You need to remove ~/.wine directory, it will be created on next wine start.
This is invalid.
