Yes, it will fail in each Wie version until it's fixed in the FreeBSD
specific part of Wine code or (possibly) on FreeBSD side.

Since these tests work perfectly under Linux nobody of Wine/Linux developers
is going to spend time looking at it.

As I have said:
It's up to FreeBSD community to help fixing appropriate functionality in Wine.
