[Bug 10269] New: Art Rage Starter Edition 2.5 doesn't run

Art Rage Starter Edition 2.5 installs from the MSI file supplied on Ambient
Software's website, but doesn't run. Running from the command line results in
error messages, which I will attach.

Not immediately, as my Windows system is in a different location, but I will

I can confirm that that fixes it, and ArtRage now runs beautifully. Thank you.

Using a native dll does not fix a bug.
