(Also mentioned in passing in bug 24740.) http://www.bigfishgames.com/download-games/5115/csi-ny/index.html installs up to the point where it runs the download manager, at which point it puts up a blank window with a vertical scrollbar.

Is this definitely an mshtml bug?

--- Comment #3 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2011-04-04 17:17:58 CDT --- You should be using ie7, not ie6. It's not necessarily mshtml, but one of the related components (shdocvw, perhaps).

--- Comment #4 from Ken Sharp kennybobs@o2.co.uk 2011-04-04 17:47:04 CDT --- It really doesn't matter which IE is used.

--- Comment #7 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2013-06-30 23:43:24 CDT --- Even without native IE, this now actually shows something in the download manager. The 'finish' button is just text, but is active. Downloads even kind of start (or, at least, the next time I ran it, I saw the icon for my game, with a note saying download paused). I even was able to use their interface to browse through some suggested games, click on the word Try below the game, and actually download and play. Took some getting used to all the blank space and missing graphics in the manager.
So, real progress, downloaded and launched two games -> FIXED.
