When trying to go to the website youtube.com with wine iexplore, youtube
complains the browser is not supported anymore and one must update it.

The same happens on IE11 (when you don't allow it to open in Edge).

Jacek, I do not understand yout point. I do not use native IE11 or either
native browser. I use the wine builtin browser.
Steps to reproduce

rm -fR .wine
wine iexplore www.youtube.com

It is enough to reach the bug.

Wine iexplore is a replacement meant to be compatible with native iexplore
(which was obsoleted by Microsoft after IE11 release and is in maintenance mode
ever since). If youtube decided to show this banner on IE11, it should be shown
on Wine iexplore as well. It would be a bug if it we didn't show it.
