When I double-click the document icon or try to launch from the application
"open" command, an
error message appears saying that a serious problem has occurred and the
program needs to be closed. The program in question is West E-Transcript Bundle
Viewer (http://www.reallegal.com/download.asp).

Please specify Wine version and attach debug output as per
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log to the bug report. I can't reproduce a crash
launching the E-Bundle Transcript Viewer in wine-1.3.24-216-gd385675. Does the
problem occur when you actually try to open a bundle, and if so, could you
attach a sample file that would demonstrate the problem?

Hello folks,

can't reproduce the problem.
Since OP didn't bother to provide more information -> resolving 'fixed'.
Reopen if this is still a problem with _recent_ Wine version.
