As far as I can tell, [e-mail]'s URL:
http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?appId=995, is more or less irrelevant here.

There are no zip files on the Topo! installation CD; iterating over the files on
the CD and running unzip -l on them uniformly produces an error saying that the
files isn't a zip archive.

There are some files at the top level containing M$ cabinet archives, with
contents as follows:
