[Bug 3899] Evernote doesn't install

That gets the installer along a bit further.

The install shield wizard extracts some stuff, but then there's a dialog box 
'The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. (0x800040155)'

The console shows
> wine EverNote_1.1.0.150.exe
