Seems that more relay info is needed. In your +syslevel log you have:

trace:syslevel:_LeaveSysLevel (0x475c4f60, level 2): thread d count after  0

trace:syslevel:_EnterSysLevel (0x6423c8c0, level 3): thread d count after  1

err:syslevel:_EnterSysLevel (0x475c4f60, level 2): Holding 0x6423c8c0, level 3.
Expect deadlock!

Please get a +relay,+syslevel log starting after the first line (after level 2
was left) until the last line (when level 2 is entered again) and upload it
(either here on the tracker or somewhere else).

As this will probably generate a rather huge log feel free to compress and email
it to me or upload it somewhere...
