The mouse is impossible to use in The Witcher 3. It appears the axes are
inverted, but  it fast enough moves the cursor in the right direction. In-game
options have no effect and host system mouse options neither.

A different game (Of Orcs and Men) shows correct behaviour with the same wine
version.

Downgrading wine to 5.8 fixes the issue in The Witcher 3.

Entering game and moving mouse until hitting "Exit".

This log was obtained from the 5.9 wine version.
