Bug #: 30251 Summary: Word 2010 does not display reference styles with builtin msxml6 Product: Wine Version: 1.5.0 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: minor Priority: P2 Component: msxml3 AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: dimesio@earthlink.net Classification: Unclassified
Created attachment 39511 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=39511 Screenshot comparing Styles list with builtin msxml6 (left) to how it should display (right)
On the References tab in Word 2010, there is a dropdown list of Styles that is supposed to display the various bibliographic style options (MLA, APA, etc.). With builtin msxml6, the list just displays empty rectangles.
Word 2007 has the same field, but it works fine with builtin msxml6.

Any idea where it's loaded from? Could you please attach +msxml,+tid when you open this list?
Word 2007 has the same field, but it works fine with builtin msxml6.
That's because it doesn't use msxml6.

I believe the file containing the list of styles is /Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office14/1033/Bibliography/BIBFORM.XML. Each style on the list has a corresponding XSL file in the /Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office14/Bibliography/Style subdirectory.

--- Comment #4 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com 2012-11-09 14:00:40 CST --- Yes, that's a transformation issue, not libxslt problem but the way we dump html output. I have a patch that fixes it.
