[Bug 26716] New: fixme:gdi:GetOutlineTextMetrics16 thrown when MS Creative Writer is started

I get the error fixme:gdi:GetOutlineTextMetrics16 (06cc,0000,(nil)): stub when
I run Creative Writer, an old 16-bit program from MS. The window loads and
makes nosies, and I even see the cursor, but the program seems to be trying to
go full screen and failing. I can hear noises when I minimize and maximize the
window, but the graphics are never drawn.

Please specify Wine version and attach complete debug output as per
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log to the bug report. Is there an available
download for the application?

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days. Development recommends
to check the status on your bug every release or two and let to be known if the
bug is still present. If not, mark it fixed. If you are no longer able to put
effort to this ticket, you can abandon it.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.4 or higher ?
