Occurred with Dragon Age Origins 1.04. Reproducible with Wine 1.4.1 and 1.5.9.

With the first start, everything is okay. After exiting and restarting, the
keyboard is dead. You need to reboot the whole system.

Do you mean the keyboard stops working for every other linux application or
just wine programs? Did you try winecfg for example?

Do you have anything else installed in the same game prefix? Try wineserver -k
for the game prefix before launching it again and see if that helps.

Keyboard is only disabled with the application (Dragon Age Origins) itself.
winecfg behaves normally. "wineserver -k" solves the problem for now. Thanx.

Please, run the program in a console and check if the program really closes
after you quit the game. Follow the instructions from [1] and attach the output
log.

Are you trying in a clean prefix? If not what dll overrides do you have?

Log output as requested

wine executable terminates while the game is still running. When I exit the
game, I do not see any obviously wine-related tasks in the process list
remaining. I have no dll overrides.
