Looking again, I think trace:msi:MSI_ProcessMessage ((nil) 0 10 L"ISStartUp
Failure. OpenEvent, Error = 0x6") is the problem..  This message actually should
be an ERR anyways, but thats a fix for later..  It seems like it is trying to
install the InstallShield Script stuff as noted on lines above that one, and
then when it tries to execute that, it is failing..  Just an educated guess tho.
