  that uninstall (sheild, I think) is in use and the user should exit the 
  program, close the uninstall program and try again.  Wine then crashes and the 
  program fails to uninstall.

+ There were huge improvements in InstallShield and other installers in a few last
+ months. Reopen the bug if the issue still exists.
