File that cause the problem

After opening the attached file, Word 2003 tries to install a new feature but
the installer just hangs ans you can't use the program. It works in Windows XP.

What new feature is it trying to install?

The file opens fine for me in 1.1.8, however, I see that it contains equations,
and I already have the equation editor installed.

Is not a problem anymore in wine 1.1.10
