Wrong rendering with gl renderer

The plane effect demo (gog) has lighting issue in menu with opengl renderer.
Rendering works fine with vulkan renderer.

Console output with +d3d is too big (33 Mb gzipped).
The demo is available at https://www.gog.com/game/the_plane_effect_prologue.

Still present with wine-10.0-rc3-9-g872f5c59d4 (tested with full GOG game this
time)

OpenGL renderer string: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 535.54.03
