foobar2000: since wine version  0.9.50 I can't normally  convert  files to
.flac

Convertion error:
Error writing to file (I/O error (win32 #233)) :
file://h:\music\metal\Абордаж\2007 - Demo\1 Весёлый
Роджер.flac

.flac to .wav 
or .flac to .mp3 (via lame.exe) 
or .flac to .wv (via WavPack.exe)
or .ape to .wv
works fine.

So, there is a problem with flac codec

Using foobar2000 version 0.9.4.x and latest 0.9.5
http://www.foobar2000.org

Wine versions up to 0.9.49 works -  0.9.50-55 don't work

wine compiling too slow on my machine so I gave up on second git bisect bad:

Bisecting: 58 revisions left to test after this

setsockopt optval as a value instead of a pointer.

git bisect good wine-0.9.49 and git bisect bad wine-0.9.50

You only have 6 compiles left at that point, and each compile is faster than
the one before it.  The last 3 compiles usually take less than 5 minutes total.

I was wrong tagging wine-0.9.49 as good

Working solution is wine-0.9.46 (from the ubuntu 7.10 repo), WinXp emulation,
foobar2000 0.9.5.1, flac-1.2.1-win.zip from
