Amazon Unbox Player's installer crashes after the installation is started. The installer opens a message box with the title "Feature transfer error" and the message "Error: -1627 Function failed." The message shown on the main window is "Updating component registration"
Lines in the log after the line "err:ole:ClientRpcChannelBuffer...3a" (line 35) after OK was clicked.
OS is Mac OSX 10.7.5

Same here with wine-git 07197a19f2843 (1.5.22+) on Linux 3.7.4.
Also tried with msvcrt2008 (due to complaint fixme:actctx:parse_depend_manifests Could not find dependent assembly L"Microsoft.VC80.CRT" (8.0.50727.6195)) and got no change.

the original issue is most likely fixed but since the old Amazon Unbox Player is no longer available -> 'ABANDONED'.
