First of all, you may not need the binary liburlmon, see

which also tells you what to do with the file.

Another thing to note is
http://www.winehq.com/hypermail/wine-devel/2003/05/0572.html
which says me that we should use -luuid for MinGW builds and -lwine_uuid for 
Wine builds, if I understand it correctly.
