Garena can be downloaded from : http://www.garena.com/ Account is needed to login, but registration is free so no problem there.
The problem is Garena has some custom game selection menu, witch isn't drawn correctly in wine. See screen shots for details.
Games can be selected by scrolling with mouse wheel, so its not that big of a problem. Strangely mouse wheel doesn't scroll game menu in windows like it does in wine.
How to reproduce: Easy! 1. Start Garena 2. Login 3. Game menu is wrong.

All the annoying advertisements now works, but the menu is still the same.
