Trying to open Reader for PC on Ubuntu 14.04

I am trying to open "Reader for PC" (and then upload and submit the .acsm file
to my Sony eBook Reader device) in Ubuntu 14.04.

Hello Roberto,

- is the reader app authorized (Adobe ID/password)?
- is the device connected?
- does it work if you upload a plain .pdf or .epub?

You could retry with a recent Wine 1.7.x version.
Also make sure the reader app is recent ('help' -> 'check for updates')

last call: Please provide the requested information.

Also retest with recent Wine version, preferably Wine 1.7.55

If there is no response after certain time, the bug will be closed
without further notice (abandon).
