Crash message when loading a level

Requires d3dx9_36 for it to run and that is bug #23673
Complains about unsupported GPU.
It crashes when loading a level with attached picture of the message.

The crash message is about /dlls/kernel32/powermgnt.c(97) : KERNEL32.dll at
call_process_entry()
