First of all: This issue is still present in Wine 1.9.22, as distributed with
Fedora 25. Next: The log is rather simple. I'm not attaching it as a file,
because it is so small:

fixme:winediag:start_process Wine Staging 1.9.22 is a testing version
containing experimental patches.
