The processes that crash are, fortunately, not important. You should get a few error dialogs at the end which I think are related to the crashes, but they only complain not being able to install html links. If you click through the error dialogs, the installation should complete, and WebPACK/ISE should work fine.
By the way, if you have not already done so, you should set the windows version that Wine uses to one of the Win2K versions, in your ~/.wine/config file: [Version] "Windows" = "win2k"
Certainly it would be nice if the crashes did not occur :-)
By the way, I installed from the single file. Also, service pack 2 installs fine, and doesn't even crash :-)
