cannot run update to level 1.09 of CNC3, which is selfunpacking zipfile

wine "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer
3\patch_dir\CNC3_patch109_czech.exe"

every time, when I run this command, files are unzipped (probably,
moving bar with filenames is in window) but at the end of unzipping, new window
is reporting:
        "Internal error, patch not available"

Hmmmm, english version of patch (wine "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command
& Conquer 3\patch_dir\CNC3_patch109_english.exe") was run successfully.

So it can be workaround.

It's just a workaround. If Czech version still doesn't work this bug is valid.

I suppose Czech version works fine running e.g. winxp?

The english version works. Is this still an issue for the czech version in git
(1.3.6)?

Hi, I am sorry, but in meantime I changed OS to x86_64 and CNC3 was purged from
my system ...
