I genuinely took the time to deploy wine-staging 3.11 fresh and built a clean wineprefix and replicated my results with screenshots. However before starting down the regression testing route I did try a fresh WINEPREFIX again...this time that resolved the issue. Which is good as I no longer need to waste anyone's time, but bad because I opened a bug that clearly does not exist. Sorry.
