The current Debian archive as provided by WineHQ appears not to work. The
following error has started appearing as of sometime late 10/Apr/2018:

I am fairly confident this is not simply a user-end misconfiguration. There are
two others posting of the same problem on the WineHQ forum; I apologise if
they've filed a bug, I couldn't find one.

There's also a user reporting problems with the Release.key for the Ubuntu
packages.

This now appears to be resolved. I was able to perform an 'apt update' without
issues, and the repository appears to be delivering content as expected.
