Wine's winhttp seems to be mostly a stub.
I suppose you could try installing winhttp 5.0. Microsoft no longer offers the download (as far as I know), but you can get it from http://www.pipeboost.com/winhttp.asp
I've never tried this and this is beyond my ken. If it ends up being useful, I can add it to winetricks. Good luck.

The last printed UUID seems for winhttp, so if the above doesn't help, could you try copy a native winhttp.dll into ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ do 'regsvr32 winhttp.dll' and see if you get any further then

I see you still have riched fixmes. Please try winetricks riched20 as suggested by Louis.
This bug is getting awful shaggy... most of this traffic belongs on wine-users...

Is that exactly the same application? As i get a different output/behaviour
I did: rm -rf ~/.wine copied scrrun.dll and mfc42.dll from my windows partition to ~/.wine/drive_c/windpes/system32/ did 'regsvr32 scrrun.dll' Then installed and started the app. It starts then into a first screen, where it says to continue with the trial, butwhen i click that button, it says the trial-period is over. Do you get similar behaviour?

So the initial msxml3 stuff seems to be fixed. David , please open new bugreport if you run into other bugs with this app, as this report got extremely messy
