What version of Wine?  If it's much older than 1.5.7, try upgrading.

I have installed wine 1.4 in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

See http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=15802 for tips on ubuntu 12.04;
that version of Ubuntu has problems, and the Wine packages that come with
it may have a broken workaround for the problems.

Still waiting for that log.

Here is the log file.

I reinstalled the software and it opened more often before he had problems with
runtime error after I rebooted had no more.

Have you read the suggested tips for ubuntu 12.04?
In particular,

says to try
  echo 0|sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope
Does that help?
