While testing Mankind its bug reporting tool (Debug.dll) is launched due to a
crash.

The email address generated has extra slashes:
"\[e-mail]" instead of "[e-mail]"

component affected is mapi.dll, function mapi:MAPISendMail.

Above example is incorrect:

It is "///[e-mail]" instead of "[e-mail]".

Owen's put a lot of work into mapi recently, perhaps this was fixed?

Currently cant reproduce this with the current (dev) Wine version. MK crashes
right on startup. Happens from time to time.
If you know another really simple test case, Ill try that instead.

Is this still an issue in current (1.3.9 or newer) wine?

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days.

Is this still an issue in wine version 1.6-rc3 or higher or is this to be
closed as abandoned ?
