The installer is actually a self-extracting Winrar archive. When I start the installer in virtual desktop mode, the right half of the window title is black (see attached screenshot).
The problem is present since Gecko 2.34 has been released

Thanks for reminding me of this bug, super_man. I don't see the problem any more with Wine 1.9.8 and Gecko 2.44 installed.
