Wine 1.6.1 is too old and unsupported, please update to the latest development
version and try again (currently 2.9). Information on how to update:
https://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX

Tried the version from https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/rtpmidi.html on
Debian, it installs without error in Wine 2.9. Is this the program? If not
please provide a URL.

Thank you so much! I got it.

But I had another problem .. about wineasio.dll. Does anyone install it to
wine2.9  ?

If I understand your first comment it runs in later wine-versions, right?

I tried in old wine-1.7.50 i have lying around here, and there it fails, in
current wine its works, so ``something`` is fixed

@Reporter of bug: if I misunderstood your remark, or you still can`t install it
in  recent wine, please feel free to reopen this bugreport
