Download Accelerator Plus 10 crash when opening

The installation runs smoothly. At the end of the installation the DAP tries to
open and lock with an error screen.

After installation when trying to open the DAP, nothing happens. But in the
terminal, the log remains in this looping:

Test with new clean wineprefix

The download link given here is dead but I download it from another location
and I get similar results.

Confirming it doesn`t start in clean WINEPREFIX.

It starts fine for me in a wineprefix where I have lots of stuff installed via
winetricks (vcrun*, dotnet*and other stuff), apparently it needs some of these
prerequisites, don`t know which one.
