Let me give you an update.  #3 is fixed in current CVS.  #1 may or may not be a
problem related to having a Z: drive letter at install.  #2 I don't know.  Since
it's hard to really say one or the other is fixed or not individually, I'm going
to resolve invalid. Please file seperate reports for the first two.
