I attempted to install winrar windows version for the gui as i didnt want to
use the command line interface

Hello Fabian

if possible please put that little effort of fixing the bare minimum fields:
subject/topic and Wine version. It benefits the overall quality of Bugzilla.
Queries can only be useful if the data is somewhat useful/accurate.

It's obvious that OP has no idea how to properly report a bug. Spending that
little time to educate people a bit is not wasted time. Providing a link is a
first step.
