Hello folks,

I can't reproduce this, the installer works fine here.
You're using an outdated Wine version.

The app itself can't work by design, see my comments in bug 38865
Please don't create a duplicate ticket after upgrading Wine but rather
subscribe to the existing one -> bug 38865
