Summary: DoubleCAD XT-1.1: installation is OK, then the program opens, and it's immediately frozen [X11 still works] Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: Macintosh URL: http://www.DoubleCAD.com OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: riek@pandora.be
I have installed DoubleCAD in WINE (with the terminal) . After registration with an activation code for the free version, which I received by email after contact on the website: "www.DoubleCAD.com", WINE asked for "GECKO" . I agreed an installed, the program opens, with "X11" . But nothing worked, no menu, no help (F1-button) . To quit the frozen program, I had to quit "X11" . X11 was still running properly .

err:wgl:has_opengl Failed to load libGL: dlopen(libGL.1.dylib, 266): image not found err:wgl:has_opengl OpenGL support is disabled.
Probably this is one of the problems you need to fix first.

--- Comment #9 from riek riek@pandora.be 2010-01-04 04:46:20 --- hoi, I asked for an answer at openGL, the forum for ma users, and the only answer I got was to ask a solution at winehq>bugzilla
so I'm back driving around in circles can anyone give a little bit of help
I have openGL on my computer (OSX5.8) I do software-updates on regular bases and i have the following version of openGL: OpenGL Driver Monitor 1.4 (2007) OpenGL Profier 4.0 (2003-2006) OpenGL 1.3 Shader Builder (2007)
how do I get the openGL to run properly ?

--- Comment #10 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2010-01-05 05:36:14 --- Say, since you're on a mac, you might give Crossover a shot instead of Wine. It might have some extra polish to help you past this situation.
Wine's dxdiag isn't real enough to be used a a diagnostic tool... hopefully somebody will finish cleaning up the ucla code so it can be committed.

Is this still an issue in current (1.7.6 or newer) wine? If so, please attach the terminal output in 1.7.6 (see http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log).
