I found a few 404 links myself on the
https://appdb.winehq.org/help/?sTopic=generic page.

Wine FAQ link https://www.winehq.org/site/docs/wine-faq/index leads to a 404.

Official Wine builds link https://www.winehq.org/site/download also leads to a
404.

Git instructions link https://www.winehq.org/site/git leads to a 404.

The page in question is part of appdb-git, not website-git, so changing
product.

IMO, the page itself is not worth fixing. There is no information on it that is
not documented much better in the wiki. My suggestion would be to get rid of
the page altogether and set a redirect to
https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine_Installation_and_Configuration.

All the help pages have been moved to the wiki, and
https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine_Installation_and_Configuration has been added to
the Category:AppDB so it appears in the AppDB help index.
