This is a valid bug report but we will never be able to do anything about it.
The program needs IIS or better known as Internet Information Server a
webserver. Basically Microsoft their 'Apache'. IIS is a core part of Windows
and we will never clone this in Wine (it would be a huge project on its own),
so you want be able to run this program :(
