Sorry, my fault, MFC42.dll was missing
err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\users\sramage\Temp\{D32C7437-C6D7-45D8-A4AA-3FBF70AFECEF}\{B8B4D43C-EAA0-4EEC-B93E-D4D012316286}\myrinst.dll") not found
so I solved this by : winetricks mfc42

Because the application needs something that is not implemented, installing dlls by winetricks is a workaround, it does not make bugs invalid.
